Is Qld Property Over-valued?


A popular theme for many property comentators is that Australian property is grossly over-valued. Two recent articles by Brisbane property researcher, Michael Matusik offer well-argued alternatives to this view. Our blog from 30 March features Michael's argument based on seven factors including population growth, undersupply and low unemployment , that house prices, although stagnant or even falling in some areas, are not about to 'crash'.
